Head of Department & Treasurer - Sports Club, SOC - NMIMS Mumbai

Jointly led and coordinated a 100+ member team, streamlining communication and aligning efforts toward successful outcomes. I managed a core team of 15 people to plan the intercollegiate athletic competition "Blaze," which drew more than 200 participants from across the country. I also organized a number of intra-college sporting activities for NMIMS School of Commerce students. I also oversaw the club's overall finances, making sure that everything ran smoothly and that resources were distributed, and I led a donation drive in partnership with the OSCAR Foundation to help impoverished kids.
