Writing: My Lens to Understand the World
Writing enables me to study the universe and how experience shapes human behavior, as well as to transform my imagination into words. I like to create people that seem genuine and worlds that seem lived in, drawing readers into tales that humorously and unexpectedly reflect the complexity of actual life. All Choices Are Damned, my ongoing project, is a darkly humorous fantasy that examines what happens when you have the opportunity to make different decisions and find out if things work out better or worse.
All Choices are Damned
If you could choose differently, would you?
(Dark Comedy, Mystery)
Life hadn’t denied him choices — he had simply made the wrong ones. Or so he believed. Every decision felt like a small betrayal of who he could’ve been, every regret a weight he could no longer carry.
And so, one day, he decided to end the story.
But fate — or something darker — had other plans.
An old man stopped him at the edge of the metro, offering one final question:
“If you could choose differently, would you?”
Before he could answer fully, the man smiled — a cruel, knowing smile — and pushed him into the oncoming train.
“All choices are damned,” the old man whispered.
Then — darkness.
Until he woke again, years younger, in his childhood room… with time itself offering him another chance.
